She has always had an interest in Real Estate and after discussion with her family, decided to make a career move in 2005; a move that she has found to be extremely rewarding and fulfilling! Cheryl was born and raised in the Wainwright area and she, along with her husband and two children, continue to remain residents. Her knowledge of the area is a great benefit when it comes to assisting clients in buying or selling real estate.

Norman has been a real estate professional serving customers and clients in Wainwright and area for 28 years. Norman joined Baughan Realty Ltd. in 1979 as a partner, became owner in 1990, and purchased the RE/MAX franchise in 1995. Although Norman no longer owns the business, he remains committed to building the company, sharing his Real Estate knowledge, and serving his past, present and future clients.

Norman’s dedication to the business and his clients has earned him many awards and memberships into the elite RE/MAX 100% Club and RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

GORDON FISCHER, REALTOR

Gordie is the Realtor with an extensive background in agriculture – farming and ranching for most of his life in the Irma area, attending Vermilion Ag College, working as a crop adjuster in the Lloydminster, Wainwright, Provost, Vegreville and Camrose areas. Gordie is familiar with most agricultural areas of Alberta and some in Saskatchewan and keeps current with farming trends.

JANIS NELSON, REALTOR

Janis recently moved from Ottawa where as a Realtor she was part of a top performing realty team. She is married with two teenagers at home. With a military husband, Janis has first hand experience with multiple moves and the military relocation system.
